Milton Keynes University Hospital is offering the opportunity for colleagues to step up their career goals at its inaugural Autumn Apprenticeship Fair this week where providers will showcase a variety of fully funded, nationally recognised qualifications and courses available to enrol on.
Aimed at anyone considering their next career move, the fair will be held onsite at MKUH on Wednesday 9 November in the marquee next to the Eaglestone Restaurant, Blue Zone, Level 1.
The event aims to be a helpful and insightful afternoon for those considering their next steps after school or graduation, as well as those already working within the healthcare sector seeking a change of specialism or direction.
With a multitude of areas and specialisms available to train towards at MKUH, the Learning and Development team has partnered with a host of experts from some of the top course providers across the region, who will be on hand to discuss the qualifications and career paths available, including:
- University of Northampton – Trainee Nursing Associates, Occupational Therapists, Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP)
- Impact Futures – Fundamentals of leadership, Patient Experience, AEB, Functional Skills
- Dynamic – Healthcare Support Workers – all specialisms
- Milton Keynes College – Business Administration, IT Level 3, ESOL
- Reflect Learning – Quality Improvement L3 – 6
- JUST IT – Data Apprenticeships L3, L4
